About the Global Champions Leadership Conference
LevelTen Leaders In Action seeks to liberate the minds of underrepresented adolescent youth silenced by society. Our first annual conference, Global Champions Leadership Conference, is designed to empower youth to maximize their capacities for leadership. Furthermore, we endeavor to produce a movement of youth leaders that will go back to transform their communities by empowering and uplifting their peers. We will strive to have these youth implement successful initiatives to help decrease the issues plaguing their schools, homes, and neighborhoods. Students will be guided by undergraduate students, young professionals, and community members that will serve as mentors in an effort to integrate community engagement as a tool to empower and encourage students throughout the conference.
As an organization, we believe that if our students are not in passionate pursuit of their dreams, they will not be successful. Furthermore, we believe that each student who obtains access to hope, education, and ultimate empowerment, is obligated to saturate their community with the reality of progress.
Our goals include equipping, advancing and empowering underrepresented high school and middle school youth to revolutionize their community through the skill of leadership.
